Accepted Payment Methods
Shopify Checkout will present the live payment methods enabled for the production store, such as eligible cards, wallets or PayPal only after each method has been configured and tested.
Payments
Afrika Labels uses Shopify-hosted checkout for secure payment. Enabled payment methods are shown only after they are configured and verified in Shopify.
Secure Checkout
Payment details are handled by Shopify Checkout and are never collected by email, social media message or the Afrika Labels contact form. Confirm that you are on the official Shopify-hosted checkout before entering payment details.
Basket
Customers can add multiple products, adjust quantities and review the estimated subtotal before moving into Shopify Checkout, where live availability, delivery, tax and enabled payment methods are confirmed.
Confirmation
Every successful purchase must create an order in Shopify Admin and trigger the approved Shopify order confirmation email.

If a payment fails, check the billing address, available funds, wallet or card authentication prompt, then contact support if the issue continues.
