An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. Afrika Labels may refuse or cancel an order if product availability, payment authorisation, suspected fraud or pricing errors need to be corrected.

These terms explain how customers use the Afrika Labels online store and what to expect when ordering new collection products.
Products
Product images, colour names, measurements and StoryCode notes are provided to help customers choose carefully. Minor colour variation can occur between screens, photography and production batches.
Pricing And Payment
Founding Collection T-shirts are priced at £49.99. Complimentary UK standard delivery is included, with no minimum-spend threshold on launch tees. Any discount, tax or additional charge is confirmed before payment in Shopify Checkout.
Delivery
Complimentary UK standard delivery is included with every Founding Collection tee. The delivery method and estimated timing are shown before payment. Estimates may change during busy periods or where courier delays occur.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 28 days of delivery. This commercial policy sits alongside statutory rights, including the usual 14-day cancellation right for qualifying distance purchases and separate rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Cancellation And Refunds
To cancel a qualifying order, contact support@afrikalabels.com with the order number and a clear cancellation request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. Where required by law, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge; enhanced delivery costs are excluded.
Faulty Items
If a product is faulty or incorrect, customers should contact support@afrikalabels.com with their order number, photos and details so the team can assess a repair, replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
Afrika Labels names, logos, artwork, StoryCode content, photography, copy and product identity systems belong to Afrika Labels or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or reused without permission.
Payment And Account Security
Payment details are entered only in Shopify-hosted checkout and are not stored by Afrika Labels. Store administration uses restricted access, and payment credentials and other secrets are kept outside public website code.
